This refers to cases where the Supreme Judicial Council enters into an agreement with a private bailiff, on the basis of which it is assigned to collect uncollected claims for administrative expenses, state fees and fines, which are funds intended for the budget of the judiciary. For public state receivables, the court issues a writ of execution with which the bailiff initiates the enforcement proceedings. The execution takes place according to the procedure of DOPC - sending a notice of voluntary execution, liens, foreclosures, sales and others.
